Coralville, Iowa Family ~ Ainsley, Nicole & Ryan

CORALVILLE, Iowa – Last time I photographed Ainsley she was about 7 months old. How time flies and how fast children change before our eyes. She still had the same adorable face. But it had matured. At 2.5 years, she is walking, talking, playing, reading, learning and most of all expressing opinions.

There is singing and dancing in Ainsley’s world with mom Nicole.

I asked Nicole to put Ainsley’s hair up in the middle of our session. While she was doing that, Ainsley was practicing her playful breathing skills she’s learned in yoga class.

Ainsley is now big enough to go up and down by herself on the back steps of the family’s home.

After a while it was snack time. So we took a few minutes for Ainsley to recharge in the middle of her session, during which she talked about random things…. very stream-of-consciousness thoughts coming out of her mouth.

Nicole and Ryan read to Ainsley quite often. Watching her learn and think is so amazingly fun.

Nicole and Ryan decided they were done reading, which initially agitated Ainsley. But she soon realized she had a book to keep her company and settled into her own.

Always a joy seeing this family! Thanks to Ryan and Nicole for inviting me into their home and capturing their beautiful daughter once again!
